Foutu smartphone....une petite faille et 17 jours qui partent en fumée ! Arf, bon, j'ai rechuté aujourd'hui encore, dès demain nouveau compte. Mais va falloir que je bloque internet sur mon portable totalement...

Ma chute a recommencé selon le cycle décrit par Rachi : mes yeux voient une belle fille, ça tourne et retourne dans la tête, et au bout d'un moment la chute, car je suis comme "possédé" par le yetser harâ.

14 jours et nouvelle chute....saleté de satân, il abandonne jamais la partie ! Bon ça tombe bien moi non plus de toute façon. Souvent je tombe quand je suis triste/déprimé, cette fois c'était le contraire : tellement heureux d'une évènement que...j'ai chuté :/

Tout ce qui l'intéresse c'est de nous rendre triste et déprimés pour chuter encore et encore...
Donc soit il nous enfonce quand on est déjà à terre, soit il nous fait un croche-pied par surprise pour nous casser... comme dans ton cas.

Ce qui est arrivé est arrivé, maintenant faut prendre du courage, tirer une leçon de la chute, et continuer à avancer !
