bonjour ,
j'ai entrepris de réaliser une chevoua pour une période de 2 semaines ,
j'aimerais savoir si je peut l'écourter parce ce que je ne me sens pas les forces de la garder .

Il vous faut faire hatarat nedarim.
Je profite de cette occasion pour préciser qu'il faut être extrêmement prudent avec les chevouot.
Malheureusement, même des gens de grande yirat chamayim auront du mal à résister lors d'une lutte frontale entre le désir et la chevoua.
Nous préconisons en revanche la méthode TaPHSiC (voir ici). Cette méthode permet de faire une chevoua "astucieuse" qui n'attaque pas le désir de front.
Il s'agit de s'engager à accomplir certaines choses avant de passer à l'acte. Ceci permet généralement de surmonter la vague et de revenir à la raison.
