j'aimerai bien participer au parcours des 90 jours mais je n'arrive pas car tout est écrit en anglais . je ne parle malheureusement pas la langue anglaise donc je voudrai un peu d'aide savoir comment cela fonctionne avec beaucoup de détaille si possible .
